“Good Stay with Great Hosts, Needs a Few Improvements ​The house is very spacious and in a pleasant location. Upon arrival, a few issues needed immediate attention, but the host team was extremely responsive, helpful, and resolved them quickly. ​However, several areas need improvement for a better guest experience: ​Cleanliness: The cleaning team needs to be more thorough. There was a lot of dirt under the beds, couches, and inside the cushion cracks. ​Pool: The pool needs a better cleaning system; I had to manually clear out leaves, flowers, and bugs every day. ​AC System: The AC needs an upgrade. You can't control the intensity, it either blasts cold air too strongly or doesn't cool enough. ​Patio Door: The door doesn't lock properly and relies on a wooden stick in the track, which is inconvenient. ​Overall, we had a good stay, but addressing these points will make future stays much better.”
