Good home in a nice neighborhood, but a bit too pricey and wasn't exactly well cleaned – especially considering we came to stay with 2 infants. We enjoyed our stay nevertheless.

Es un lugar muy bien ubicado, cerca del Strip, pero sin el ruido de la zona, por lo que pudimos descansar muy bien. Además, la vista hacia las fuentes del Bellagio era increíble. Sin duda, es un excelente lugar para hospedarse.

First off Great host ; very responsive and attentive! The place was very nice and as described In pictures . There was a great variety of places to choose from down the street from the Airbnb. The pool was clean and had a nice view . We had a slight inconvenience during our stay but the host took care of it immediately. 10/10 hosting and a great experience at our stay . Definitely will come back in the future .

This by far has been the worst Airbnb I have ever stayed at. When I arrived, there was a strong odor in the home, which led me to look closer and discover visible mold. This made the space unsafe and uninhabitable. I notified the host, and they confirmed they couldn’t resolve it. I left after the first night. I am currently fighting to get a full refund. It was graduation weekend and there was nothing else available in the area. I had to book multiple hotels over 45 miles away.

Host was extremely unresponsive. Took days to receive email responses and they never answered texts or messages in the app. The code didn’t work for the lock upon entry. Host didn’t respond to calls or texts so we called a hotline where we had to leave a voicemail. Turns out it was a duplex but the check in instructions and listing never specified a unit. Not only terrible, but absent communication. To get inside, we had to walk through a jungle (front yard). Lawn hadn’t been mowed in at least a month. Bugs everywhere! Once we finally got inside, the place looked like a construction site. Missing tiles, no grout in certain spots, broken appliances, absolute mess. 0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

I wish I could give no stars. We booked this location for a family wedding we were in town for. We arrived at 3:00 pm at check in Saturday. The reception informed us the room would not be ready, and that the owner had just barely dropped the reservation into their system that same day at 1:30 pm. That was the reason given that we could not check in. Which makes no sense as I booked this location on Monday. Then I checked back after 40 minutes with still no response from the host. The manager of the hotel let us know that the carpet had been soiled and was being shampooed that they could not let us check into the room. We had to leave and make other accommodations at a different hotel last minute which was so inconvenient. I still have not had a response about receiving a refund for a place we could not even stay at.

We had a serious safety issue with this stay. Upon arrival, the smart lock was not working properly, and we had to use an alternative method to access the unit. Once inside, we found that the apartment was already occupied by a resident and their young child, with personal belongings throughout the space. This created a very uncomfortable and unsafe situation, so we immediately left. The host later confirmed a full refund, but there was no real-time support or assistance to find an alternative place to stay. Overall, this was not a guest-ready unit and should not have been accessible at check-in.
