“Condo was smaller than described. Kitchen amenities were very lacking. Minimal lg bowls. No pot holders. Minimal pots and pans. The downstairs tub/shower would not drain. Hot water would shut off while using the shower. The repair person did come in the next day . He unclogged the tub drain and told us to tell the rental office that they need to order a new part for the water heat control . Strange telling us that! Two of my family tripped on the stairs going downstairs. The wooden stairs blend in with the downstairs flooring and they stumbled!! Location is great! Close to the shops and the beach!”

“The location really can’t be beat. Steps from Avila beach and the boardwalk restaurants. We brought out dogs and it was easy to take them out for walks too which was fabulous. The house was tidy and we loved having access to 2 decks. One helpful note to renters: amenities were spare so bring what you need to cook (like olive oil, etc) and you will need your own beach towels. Other than that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend!”

“Great location, very nice house. Directions were terrible. Was never given the gate code or garage code. Front door is hidden and the space is hard to find. Could not get the AC to turn on, extremely hot. The toilet downstairs was clogged when we got there.”

“The house was gorgeous, once I got inside! I had trouble accessing the property with some fairly unclear access instructions but I’ve already brought this up to the host and she said she’s working on it. But once I was in the house, it was gorgeous! Clean floors, stocked kitchen, clean bathroom and linens. Very spacious!”
