“From sunrise to sunset the views from this chalet were picturesque. The layout of the home was welcoming and the rooms were clean and peaceful. The amenities we’re just as promised. Cozy, not fussy, and definitely a great “family time” vibe. I would love to visit again.”

“Was sent wrong access code and had to wait to a while to be sent a new code. Was sent wrong wifi code and had to wait for some time to get the correct one. The was NO pool card to access the pool so was UNABLE to take my kids swimming as was advertised Forgot a big speaker in the unit and have yet to hear how to get it back or if I even will be able to do so”

“The home is a beautiful place. The property management is terrible. The dog urine everywhere upstairs. Scuff marks all over the walls. Upstairs bathroom had what looked like mascara shavings on the floor with pubic hairs. Short black hairs in both upstairs master bedroom bathroom sinks. No hot water. Wine cooler broken. Dishwasher needs repair. It is a shame the management company doesn't maintain this beautiful property.”
