“The house is beautiful and the views spectacular!! It is a bit remote yet only about 1.5 miles to the shops of Kenwood. I can’t give it 5 stars because for the first 3 days we were there the pool cover wouldn’t retract so the spa and pool were not usable. In addition, there were some other issues with the ice maker and not being able to close a bathroom skylight and the exhaust fan in the Master bath not staying off. Emma from Avant Stay was very responsive and always got back to me right away and called a different pool company to go out and get the cover open on day 4 . However, for the price paid I expected this all to be in working condition from the start.”
