“What a wonderful place to stay! Everything about it. Well appointed, clean, awesome location, and great communication. Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Arcata.”

“The loft is a great space! Bed is comfy, on the firmer side, and kitchen is big enough to cook decent meals for two people regularly. Deck was the best part! So pretty sitting out there and working. Yard was also lovely, great space for our dog to explore and run around. Amenities are also really nice--sauna, bikes, hot tub. I will note for future guests that there is no door separating the bedroom from the kitchen/livingroom. This was only a small issue for us as we were both partially working remote and taking meetings. Check out time (10am) was pretty early and it's not flexible unless you pay for a late checkout. Property manager and owner were all very nice.”

“I hate giving only three stars. The hosts are great, well equipped kitchen, amenities fantastic. You do get some freeway noise but as long as the bedroom windows are shut it’s not bothersome. So why the three stars? The shower. The water flow was so bad it was hard to get wet and forget washing your hair. It was also very difficult to regulate the water temperature. To be fair, the hosts had someone out to fix the problem by the same afternoon. He did improve the water flow but there was nothing he could do about regulating the temperature. At least I could wash my hair and rinse off the soap! I’m sure the problem will be addressed by the time you’re reading this and this will be a five star stay.”

“Cozy, clean, and in a good spot to be able to get to redwoods and beach. Also loved being among the redwoods but not far from town. Hosts were awesome and responded quickly. Would recommend!”
