“Very clean, quiet neighborhood, short walk from the beach, overall great place. Heads up! We had pretty bad cell service at the address. I would recommend saving the check-in instructions, wifi info, and address before arriving. The wifi was fast.”

“Wonderful spot for two families wanting to explore Santa Cruz. The amenities provided were well stocked and high end finishes. They also had Tupperware and ziplocks which was a definite need and not always offered at other Airbnbs. One thing to note for the summer time is that you need to stay on top of managing the temps inside as it can get quite warm. Also, you have close neighbors which can create noise at times when you have windows open.”

“This large house is in a gorgeous neighborhood that's about a half mile from Rio Del Mar Beach. We had a three-generation family vacation here in July; we were very happy with the accommodations. Our three- and five-year-old kids loved the totally enclosed backyard that has a swing and plenty of room to play, all within sight of the kitchen and family room. There's plenty of seating in the back for meals or hanging out on nice days. The bunk beds were perfect. The kitchen is big and well-stocked. If you are used to Keurig-style coffee makers, you'll have to bring your own. There isn't any beach gear available to use, but that wasn't an issue for us. There are plenty of grocery stores and restaurants nearby. We enjoyed Vinyl Pizza takeout just up the road, and there are several big grocery stores and a deli nearby. This neighborhood and beach is very chill compared to Santa Cruz. We were very happy to have discovered it, and we will definitely be back.”

“It was a beautiful place. My sister’s and our kids loved the view the open space. The kids especially loved the decorated lions room. I honestly would give this a place five star and I would come back again with my family. Only recommendation I have for the owner is whoever they have as a cleaning. Staff needs to clean the bathrooms more thoroughly other than that it’s an amazing place our kids were fairly loud and we had no issues ….lots of games for our kids to play with. Definitely will be coming here again.”
