“Wonderful condo, steps to the pool with great sunrise and sunset mountain views. Great layout with bedrooms on opposite sides. Be aware of coyotes in you have a pet. Would absolutely stay again.”

“Extremely disappointing stay and very poor follow-through. Before booking, I specifically asked Joshua about the AC and cooling system and was assured everything was working properly and that we would have no issues. Unfortunately, that was completely untrue. The house stayed around 83°F throughout our entire stay. The swamp coolers did not cool the home and instead made it extremely humid and uncomfortable. We also experienced a leaking roof, broken fixtures, and multiple rolling power outages, which compromised our food and created concerns regarding medications that required refrigeration/proper storage. When we reported the issues, maintenance advised us that the inadequate cooling was an ongoing problem and that the homeowner had refused to install adequate AC and ductwork for the size of the home. This should have been disclosed before booking. Communication was also extremely frustrating. We were told a refund would be processed, but nearly two weeks later we are still being”
