Everything was great!

3/5 Stars The house itself is beautiful and the location was great, but unfortunately there were several issues that made the stay less enjoyable, especially considering the premium price we paid. The oven was not working, which was a major inconvenience because we had kids to feed and had already purchased food that needed to be cooked in the oven. The pool light was also broken, making it unsafe to swim at night. On top of that, we were not made aware ahead of time that there was an additional fee to use the pool and spa heater. I feel that this should have been clearly disclosed in the listing, especially given the price of the stay. Overall, the house and location have a lot going for them, but these issues should be addressed and communicated more clearly to future guests. They tried to fix our problems but they couldn’t before the time we checked out. So my family and I were a little disappointed.

The member of the host team that called me was extremely rude about me having a service dog. This made our whole stay uncomfortable. I did love the location and how easy it was to walk to Disneyland.

I'll start with the positives. The location was great for Disneyland, about a 15-minute walk to the parks. The downstairs area was clean, well-maintained, and stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Unfortunately, the upstairs was a different story. The carpets and rugs were noticeably dirty, and the rug in the bunk room appeared to be nothing more than a dirty blanket laid on the floor. There was mold present in the showers, and the shower curtain rod in the hallway bathroom was barely attached. Another major issue was the air conditioning. It did not cool the upstairs effectively, and the bedrooms, especially the master bedroom, were uncomfortably warm. On our first night, a persistent chirping noise started in the master bedroom wall. We called maintenance, and they responded quickly, which we appreciated. However, the technician was unable to identify the source of the noise. After consulting with his supervisor, they suggested it could be a small animal, possibly even a

Only disappointment was the fees to warm the hot tub. You’d think it would’ve been included with the rental as it was the main commodity in the advertisement. I didn’t notice in the ad that there would be a separate charge but you had to find it and it didn’t specify the amount per day. The hot tub was the very main reason we chose this house and was sort of blind sided after the purchase.
