“The place matched what it’s in online. The only thing that I thought was extreme was the rules. This house is only for people that are just looking to sleep after a Disney trip you’re not allowed outside after 9:30 to enjoy the pool was dirty and cold.”

“The house was in a good neighborhood and close to everything. For Disneyland itself we should go with car to be easier The house was clean but it didn’t have all the basics such as coffee, tea, ….”

“Home was just ok. The beds need updated. We had to double the mattresses for it to be comfortable. The air conditioner didn’t work the whole time we were there. The property manager was very responsive and tried to fix the issue but the house stayed at 80 degrees. The floors turned our feet black, they could use a good cleaning. The washing machine didn’t work. Overall it was ok. We had a party of 13 and most of our family was ready to leave on day two due to uncomfortable beds and no air conditioning. We appreciate how responsive and helpful the property manager was though.”

“This house was perfect size for our family of 8 and it was so close to Disneyland about a 10 min drive. It was nice to have our own rooms to relax after long days at Disney”

“The home was nice. Host was very responsive. The only downside was one bedroom had no closet and no dresser so had to keep all the clothes in our suitcase. Home was clean and spacious.”

“Nice quiet neighborhood lots of space. Felt a little Goldilocks moment with the beds but that’s how it is when it’s not your bed! Had a few issues but host was very helpful and fixed it all for us. We will definitely consider this home for our next Disney trip.”

“Neighborhood was nice and quiet. Smaller than expected though and would have been nice to at least have some coffee/sugar. Used the garage to to store our bags which was nice but when we opened it cockroaches scattered. Lastly, our walk to Disneyland was 24 minutes on average everyday. We specifically got this place because we had young kids and elders and it stated it was a 10 minute walk. It definitely wasn’t. Overall, I give it 3 stars.”

“I felt like every time I opened a cabinet it would break or come off the wall the trash can stuck every time. The bathroom shower heads need changed out and the towels need changed out”

“Our group stayed for 8 nights and unfortunately the property fell short of expectations in several areas. At check-in there were multiple cleanliness issues including dirty bedding, stained pillows, hair in the sink, and leftover personal items from previous guests. Notably, a bra was found in the bedding, along with other trash under beds. These are basic turnover items that should be addressed before guest arrival. The listing advertises capacity for up to 15 guests, but our group of 12 guests, including 8 children, found the sleeping arrangements and amenities insufficient for a group that size. The sofa bed was broken and unusable, and the only solution offered was a twin mattress placed on the floor, which is not equivalent to the advertised sleeping arrangement. Towels were limited and the hot water supply was not adequate for the group. The host was responsive and did attempt to address some issues, though communication at times felt dismissive given the concerns raised.”

“House is old had some kind of old home smell. In one of the bedroom found simi dead cockroach which I had to pick up and throw it outside. one bathroom stand alone shower had very low water pressure took longer to shower. Another bathroom shower facets was hard to turn. Water heater stop working while giving shower to kids that was painful, kids crying due to cold water. You can not park two cars inside the garage as they say because they put L shape sofa set inside. Garage code was not provided in initial instructions. You can't park additional cars in driveway or on street in front of the house. Sofa's in living room had some kind of sweat smell. Jacuzzi in backyard did not work, kids were bombed about that. some walls have furniture stain markings. Beds frames were making noise every time you turn while lying down. Stand alone shower is very small with very low water pressure from shower head. Would not stay there again or recommend”
