“Nice comfortable place. Easy to find if you follow instructions. Not a lot to do in the surrounding area and thought it was walking distance to beaver lake based in the description but it is not, not sure if I misunderstood or not so that could be on me. The outside area could do with a more focus in terms of keeping the greenery trimmed down but that’s not a big deal. Overall it is a nice place if you are looking for a chill weekend away.”

“We loved the modern design from the listing, but we sent feedback to the property management about spiders, moths, overall cleanliness of beds, and that the exterior needs maintenance. The view was beautiful, but it is quite far from Downtown Rogers and Eureka so you will need to bring in your food for meals. We loved that the listing said Lake Access and we were looking forward to fishing from the shoreline. The path/stairs down to the lake are quite steep, overgrown and the shore wasn’t much to stand on. I’m sure with a little investment this place could be very nice due to the beautiful nature surrounding.”
