“The surrounding property is gorgeous and everyone enjoyed the llamas. The house was big and has a ton of potential, but unfortunately it isn’t maintained nor cleaned appropriately. States it sleeps 10-12 and we had 10. Sadly, we weren’t able to utilize the sleeper sofa as there was a pull-up diaper in the pullout along with a mess of crumbs. Additionally, there were dirty towels in the washer, the grill was dirty with no grill brush available to clean it. All the shower dispensers for shampoo/conditioner/body wash were empty. The fire pit took 30 minutes to clean out before we could light a fire. There were extra sheets and pillows, but no blankets, and descriptions states extra bedding provided. Communication was frustrating as responses were delayed and we could never get clear answers to our questions. Although 4pm is the check-in time, you’re told after booking that they’re not obligated to have it ready till 6pm, which obviously creates problems when traveling. Disappointed.”

“This place was fantastic! We had a girls trip for my 40th birthday, and this house was perfect. There was plenty of space for all of us, and it was the perfect beautiful location that I really wanted. It rained and the weather was cold and gross all weekend, but it didn’t matter. We still utilized the hot tub and the fire pit. The llamas were the best part! They were so friendly and fun. It made the whole experience that much better! Highly recommend for the views, the seclusion…perfect getaway weekend!”

“The home looked like it hadn’t been stayed in for a while or wasn’t cleaned before our arrival. As soon as we checked in and were settling in for a nights rest, there were bugs found on the sheets that we had to look up whether they were bed bugs or not. The hot tub water had white flocc floating all through it and smelled extremely strong of chlorine, burning our eyes and nasal passages. As someone who maintains a pool and hot tub, I could tell the water was not safe for us to get in, it wasn’t properly serviced and the water tested. It looked like too much chlorine was added and that the hot tub might need a water change. The toilet seat in one of the bathrooms was filthy dirty with dust, like it hadn’t been cleaned or used in months. Dead bugs in the bathroom and on the clean towels. This place was not worth what we paid for it, and not using the hot tub was a big disappointment. Cleaners were impatiently waiting outside for us to leave for over 1 hour before the check out time.”
