“The location on the river was absolutely stunning and not too far from downtown Hot Springs. However, I did find that under the beds were very dusty with trash and items left from previous guests. As well as, dried food on the dining table and inside the refrigerator. On second day we started noticing an incredible amount of ants in the kitchen- yikes!”
