“Great location for crystal mining, 35min to Hot Springs. Brookshire’s and Walmart just a few minutes away if you needed to grab some groceries. Quick and easy check-in which was nice for late arrival with tired kids. Host was very responsive & friendly when we let them know about a few maintenance issues (which do not affect our stay). The space/separation of rooms was perfect for a family: upstairs living area, half bathroom, kitchen + sun/bonus living area though the sun room is not air conditioned so be mindful in the summer months…. Downstairs bunk room, master, laundry, full bathroom, balcony area. The place just needs some TLC / handy man work: brace underneath master bed, screen falling out of sliding doors, plastic trim falling off shower door, laundry room door getting stuck, small hole in drywall (living room). Excited to have a washer/dryer only to realize at 10pm — no detergent. Master mattress *extremely* uncomfortable. Just a few tweaks & it could be 5 stars.”
