“We enjoyed our stay overall and thought the location was beautiful. The cabin was clean, mostly comfortable, and for the most part exactly as advertised. One of our favorite parts was sitting in the screened room watching the river — it was peaceful and relaxing. The cabin was also conveniently close to several great hiking opportunities, which made it a perfect spot for exploring the area. There were a couple of downsides, though. The king bed was squeezed into a very small bedroom, leaving less than a foot of space on either side. It made getting into bed awkward since you had to turn sideways, and the closet was basically unusable because of the lack of space. Only one suitcase fit in the room, so we had to keep the other out on the couch. The other issue was the cookware. Most of the pots and pans were old, heavily scratched Teflon or ceramic cookware that really shouldn’t be used anymore. Since we planned to cook during our stay, I ended up having to buy a pan myself in order to”

“We loved staying here. The cabin had a small covered porch attached to the cabin, a deck overlooking the river, and a dock on the river. Great views and quiet neighbors made for a peaceful stay. The place was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was very nice. It’s a short ride (about 10 minutes) to downtown Heber Springs.”
