“We rented this home for the weekend so the grandparents could visit the kiddo. The home is big and beautiful! Great location and responsive hosts. We would stay here again.”

“What a great stay! All the amenities in the room were stellar and felt super cozy. Great view of Dickson St. The shower was WONDERFUL. Everything we needed and more was available, even the water Britta in the fridge was a great addition. We also felt incredibly safe and secure. A quick note to folks staying: the key fob in the lock pulls out, not down. Took us a minute to figure that out. Also (by no fault of the owners) just know that Dickson St on weekend evenings can be noisy - such is the night life of college students. If you are a Gen Xer like we are, it was a noted part of an otherwise stellar stay. Would love to come back!”

“The place was great. Fantastic spot near everything. Super easy to find and get in and out. There is quite a bit of traffic in front of the house at pretty much all times, but that just shows you how central it is! Just be aware that there are always cars on the street in front of the house 😆 The house has a ton of room and is impeccably decorated. Is a great spot for a few people. Thanks david. The hosts are extremely communicative and helpful. We had a small issue getting into the house, but the host acted quickly to resolve it. Overall fantastics stay, and we would definitely stay here again!”

“Cute house in a great location that is close to the entertainment district and walkable to the university of Arkansas. The home is well maintained and very clean. They were in contact with us throughout our stay to see if anything was needed. When we arrived, we found a bottle of champagne with two glasses in the refrigerator which was such a lovely welcome. I would definitely recommend this home if you’re wanting a place to stay that is walkable to the Square, Dickson Street, and Uark!”
