“We traveled for a softball tournament and this was the perfect location. It was close to everything we needed. We were able to relax and feel right at home. The beds were comfortable, plenty of towels and washcloths, and the living room was a chill place to hang out after a long day. The host was responsive with the couple of messages we sent and they provided clear instructions for checking and checking out. Definitely recommend.”

“The place was beautiful and in the perfect location. You are walkable for the downtown scene and literally right in the trails. Perfect stay. Seamless interactions with hosts. The kitchen was fully stocked for me to be able to cook full meals each evening. They thought of every gadget you’d need. Loved it.”

“This was a great place to stay for my family & I. Garage was perfect for the bikes, outlets for E-bikes. House was perfect location for all the trails. Beds were super comfortable, bathrooms were great and rooms were great & roomy. Host was responsive and super awesome about a last minute request for an early check in due to car sick kiddio. Parking wasn’t an issue, we were able to park in front of the Airbnb. We will definitely be back & stay here again.”

“This is our second time at this property and we just love the location! The amenities are top notch! Beds are super comfortable and everything you need is there. We needed to check in early due to one of our party taking a tumble on a bike. The hosts were able to accommodate that request and our injured crew member was able to rest up. The elevator was also a plus!”

“We came from KC- couldn’t have found a better place to stay and highly recommend. Being close to the square was awesome, we loved the trail being right behind our building- we used it every single day we were there. It was awesome having a garage. Our truck didn’t fit, but there is a parking garage extremely close and the garage was still perfect for all of our bikes and gear! The beds were super comfortable and it was really nice having the washing machine and dryer, full kitchen set up, the giant windows for tons of light. I genuinely loved this place and we were extremely sad to leave it. We stayed 5 nights and could have easily stayed another week. Our host was super nice and always responded quickly. Thankyou so much for such a great stay!”

The location was fantastic and made it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we appreciated all of the thoughtful details throughout the space. Everything felt welcoming, organized, and cared for. We’ve stayed in many Airbnbs over the years, and this was honestly one of our best Airbnb experiences. Highly recommend!”

“Beautiful home. Clean. Very nicely decorated and finally, a home with seating for everyone it can sleep. You can make a meal in the kitchen, this home is for real life! The beds! Wow. So comfy. There are sound machines in each room, we needed them as the street is busy, all night long! All 3 bedrooms (upstairs) are so nicely done, the primary vanity is awkward for space, but the drawers are completely usable if you unpack. The home is convenient to all things UofA, and the south side of town. Parking is tricky but having full use of the garage is nice so that you can either turn around and not back out of drive, or park inside it to give guests another spot behind the house. Using the secondary site was odd at first but communication does show up here in the Airbnb app too. Felt comfortable and secure our entire stay.”

We had a little trouble with the WiFi for the first couple days (not their fault) and they had a replacement part shipped right away. They have top notch customer service!
