“Overall, we had a great stay! The home was clean, spacious, and had plenty of room for everyone. We also felt very safe and comfortable during our visit. The only downside was the 10 AM checkout, which is earlier than we’re used to. We requested just one additional hour but unfortunately weren’t able to get it. The cleaning crew was also waiting outside while we were packing up, which felt a little awkward and rushed. Aside from the checkout experience, everything was great!”

“This place is beautiful and I love the three levels. If you have health issues getting up to the top master bedroom might be difficult carrying your luggage but it’s a nice layout and there’s plenty of towels and plenty of everything that you would need there. It’s a little noisy for me because I wake up easily. There were four trains that went through during the night. I think if they had heavy curtains that would make a huge difference for the noise and also it was very bright in there very early in the morning and the curtains would help that as well. But it was close to everything within a half a mile an Uber was only eight dollars. And it appeared to be a very safe complex as well.”

“The house is as advertised. It was clean and the neighborhood was nice. The only issue we had was communication. First off there were way too many automated messages sent out. Then I tried to reach out to ask if the owner was ok if we had a local family member stop by for dinner, and they were never able to give me an answer if that was allowed. The property management company messaged me 3 times about it, but couldn't ever give permission. Then they also gave wrong details about where to find some extra products we needed. Overall I would stay again, but the communication was not the best.”
