This house is in a beautiful spot and easy to get to Eureka Springs. There was plenty of room for all of us, the kitchen is well stocked with dishes. There were games and puzzles to play on a rainy day, and plenty of blankets, towels and bedding. We were a bit disappointed that the kitchen trash cans were filled with food trash when we arrived, and the dishwasher was also filled with dirty dishes that caused the kitchen to smell bad. Vacasa did apologize but never followed up about what to do with the trash. We never found garbage bins so we placed the bags in the garage. The oven does take an extra long time to warm up so if you plan to use it then start earlier than you’d think. Other than those issues, we really enjoyed our stay there.

This place has potential. Think of your grandma's old house. Thats the vibe it gives but the cons out weighed the vibe. The check in was not described accurately. There is no Red door. There is no key lock box. Its the door itself and better type quick! The drive way down to the house is terrible! I know it said large vehicles would have a hard time but I was thankful for our lifted truck. A regular car would have issues going up or down that. The master bed was broken, and by broken, I mean held up by a cinder block on one side and frame broken in the top on the other side. They put all their money into the flooring, kitchen, and master bath. Almost all of the furniture needs replaced. Chairs on the patio and in the living room almost fell apart just sitting on them. you can't see any water from the house, and good luck getting down to it. Weird zip ties on cabinets, stained ceiling with a musty smell, and fire alarms found in drawers with no batteries. We checked out early.

Way too expensive. I paid $934 for 3 night. The bed was the worse bed I’ve ever slept in.

Be careful with this property manager. They double booked it and did not help us find accommodations we showed up and there were people already checked in. We drove five hours pulled a boat, our kids flew across the country. We had nowhere to go at 8 PM that night.
