Cohova in Arkansas

“Nice comfortable place. Easy to find if you follow instructions. Not a lot to do in the surrounding area and thought it was walking distance to beaver lake based in the description but it is not, not sure if I misunderstood or not so that could be on me. The outside area could do with a more focus in terms of keeping the greenery trimmed down but that’s not a big deal. Overall it is a nice place if you are looking for a chill weekend away.”

“The building was in perfect condition upon arrival, the view of the lake was perfect and the natural light from all the windows was beautiful. Extreme responsive and friendly with helping in every situation.”

“We enjoyed our stay. Beautiful lake views and a peaceful quiet street! As it says in the listing the access to the lake is very steep. We did make it down with our kayaks but it was difficult. If you are wanting to swim in the water I would plan on going to one of the nearby swim beaches instead of getting in from the dock.”
