“This lake home is in great condition and accommodated our crew. We made great use of the deck and the dock which was just a short descent from the house to the water (compared to many other homes at the lake). The road to get to this house is a smooth driving surface so not a big pain to get there. A great reservation and stay, happy we got this one!”

“The house itself is gorgeous and very spacious. We had dinner in Bentonville on our way down from Kansas City and found it was a fairly quick drive to our AirBnB in Garfield and then spent the weekend shopping in Eureka Springs which was another short drive. The only real issue we had during our stay was with the grill that seemed to have not been cleaned in awhile that ended up causing a grease fire. Luckily my dad was the one grilling and was able to quickly shut off the gas and pull the grill away from the house, but if it were someone younger or less experienced, it could’ve been a very serious issue. The water in Beaver Lake is crystal clear (for a lake) and we loved swimming off the dock, however the hike back up is rough after a long day of swimming. I am not in great shape and had to take a couple breaks. Having somewhere midway to stop to rest may be a nice addition.”
