“Beautiful home with lots of space in a great location for us to go to Noel, MO to do float trip and also drive into Bella Vista for dinner or hike trails nearby. The home is beautiful, had a great open floor plan, was nicely decorated and provided all the necessities if you wanted to cook. We had lots of space for 4 adults. We really enjoyed the deck in the mornings for coffee. The beds are very comfortable and bedrooms had plenty of room. It is worth noting that the garage WILL NOT allow you to park a full size truck which was disappointing but we had read this in another review. The garage would've been a bonus but not really a big deal. Also worth mentioning that there's Nespresso coffee maker which was very nice but it will take special pods and your at the mercy of what there have left (mostly espresso in our experience). We had an issue with the keypad which we were able to resolve quickly with the host but it was very inconvenient as it was 108°. We still very highly recommend!”

“I stayed here for a month during a move transition. The house was very clean and had everything you could need. Loved the deck and the fenced yard for my dog. Definitely recommend for someone staying in Bella Vista.”

“Our stay was wonderful! Beautiful area and quiet neighborhood! The only "complaint" for us was the garage was too short for our Tundra but we got through that fine, thankfully no severe storms came through during our stay. My kids enjoyed the extra toys that were available, the beds were all so comfortable and plenty of towels too. We didn't bring our dog, but we noticed there was plenty of amenities for her if she'd been there. Hope we get to stay again in the future!”

“Don’t walk…run….to secure this property!!!!!. It was super clean, comfortable, well-appointed (kitchen and bathrooms), and had the best fenced backyard for my pups. I WILL BE BACK!”
