“Water's Edge - Direct Lake Access met our expectations to enjoy a long weekend floating and fishing on the property. Like most homes on Loch Lomand, the walkway to the lake is very steep. It wasn't a problem for us, but would be an obstacle for some. We brought floaties & paddle boards and had a great time in the water day/night. The stationary dock and concrete dock pad with string lights were far better and bigger than we expected! Great to have this much outdoor space for exactly what our family came for. The A/C sunroom was very nice too. If we didn't bring our own boats, we would have been disappointed as the kayaks were in bad shape & the small one had a tear/leak in it. No boat rack or maintenance here. The yard & older wooden steps were in poor shape, but the newer concrete walkway was nice & had solar lights. The rooms inside were large with no clutter and bedrooms & bathrooms clean. Plenty of space!”
