“An unhelpul AI was the line of communication with me- I sent on the chat that they left trashbags in the firepit (which can bring annimals at night), the AI acklowledged it (sending heart emojis even) but did not send anyone to collect the trash for a whole week. Everyday new grasshoppers would appear in the kitchen (and yes, doors, windows etc were closed), not very good for hygiene. Everything seemed meticously measured for with 1 use only (1 load of laundry, 1/5 of olive oil, 1/4 of dish soap, coffee for 1 day, etc).. very different from most airbnbs I stayed.. I guess that's what happens when business are managing Airbnbs.. the place is very close to the part of the university that I needed to go, so it was convinient. The apt is well maintained, looks nice and has a lot of place (to chill and work). No street lights at night on the neighborhood. If they improve their responsiveness and figure out the grasshoppers, its a good place.”

“Clean well kept apartment. I am upset that when I initially booked and paid for three adults and two small dogs, welgo then pulled some b.s. and made me re confirm the amount of dogs then gouged me another 50 dollars literally the day before check in which is a real chicken shit move. Will never book with them or anything associated with them and by them I mean welgo.”

“Be prepared the space is a lot smaller than it seems, overall clean, but did notice some stains in the sheets and some hair in linen/bathroom. For the price, I think a hotel room would be similar in space, without as many regulations (having any guests in our place after 10pm would require 25$ per person in a place that advertises the night life of Tucson). Also other guests will be booked and the house does a share a common lobby with rooms, check in first or you'll lose the only parking spot available! A big plus is the kitchen! Very quaint overall, and well furnished/decorated. 5 minute walk away from some of the cooler clubs in Tucson, huge plus. Owners did seem like part of a larger company as all responses felt very formal and impersonal (did not like the automated computer messaging). Enjoyed our stay overall, great spot if you plan on spending minimal time inside the room.”

“Location was good, photos were deceiving though. We only had one roll of toilet paper and had to wait 3.5 hours before getting some dropped off from our host. Beds and couches were uncomfortable. When removing linens per checkout instructions we noticed there was a huge pee stain on one of the beds. Along with this, a lot of the kitchenware was broken, including the microwave. This place surely needs maintenance and a deep clean. It was very dusty, and the only toilet flooded the last morning we were there… we made it work for the weekend but it could have been a much better experience if the house was cleaner, maintained and more comfortable”
