The place is very convenient, beautiful views and very clean on the inside. However, there was not any toilet paper anywhere except one roll in each bathroom. I did not call or request more because I didn’t want to fool with it since we were getting groceries anyway. Second, inside was immaculate but the patio needed some work. We had to sweep the patio, wipe down the seats and hose off the table and the gas on the grill was left on. Other than that, I would definitely come back but would check those things.

Red flags feeling like a scam with Casago asking for personal ID additional paperwork and more money than was already paid and agreed upon. I reported to Airbnb customer service and they said due to the rule breaking the reservation would be canceled and refunded. They helped us find a new place on short notice . We did NOT see the Casago place and Airbnb said they will take it from here with the consequences.

Our stay fell short of expectations due to several unresolved issues. Multiple plumbing fixtures were not functioning properly—the primary bathroom sink, upstairs bathtub, and kitchen sink all did not drain. We reported this early in the stay, but although the host acknowledged the message, no action was taken to resolve it. There were also notable cleanliness concerns. We found hair in the bed sheets and debris in the bathroom, including toenail clippings. The kitchen cabinets were dirty and contained crumbs, so we needed to wash dishes and cutlery before using them. We had requested for pool heating in advance, but despite confirmation from the host, the pool was not heated for the duration as requested. Overall, the experience did not match the listing description or expected standards, particularly in terms of maintenance, cleanliness, and follow-through.

The place was great! Communication was difficult but I think check-in instructions were automatically sent and we had a great time.
