“The place was client, quiet and well kept. The host was responsive and helpful. I stayed there for over a month because of work reasons and was comfortable. There is enough room for 2 people. The only minor discomforts were that there is no washing/dryer machine (clearly indicated by host) and that there is only a 2 plate electric counter-top stove.”

“This was a reasonable stay! I really enjoyed the tech throughout the place with the powered remote fan, a smart mirror, and mini split and a great TV! I did unfortunately experience two power outages, toilet issues, and a dead keypad lock. Which with communication was solved!”

“This was one of the worst Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had. The place was dirty, disgusting, and completely different from what was shown in the listing. There was even a door that connected directly to the main house, which felt unsafe and very concerning. I also had multiple issues with the entry code, making it difficult just to get inside. I booked the place for two nights but only stayed for one and the only reason I stayed the first night was because I arrived in Tucson very late. Otherwise, I would have left immediately. I complained early the next morning and requested a refund right away because I refused to stay another night in those conditions. Despite reporting everything promptly, they still refused to refund me, which is unacceptable. On top of that, they took almost two weeks to make a decision. I would not recommend this place or dealing with “Plushy.” The cleanliness issues, safety concerns, lack of professionalism, and slow response made this an awful experien”

“The pictures do not reflect this place at all. We paid over 400 a night, when its more like a 125 per night place. Then when we booked, we were up charged $50 due to us having 2 extra kids, even tho there was plenty of space. Then we wanted to check in early… another $25 upcharged and we couldnt even get in when we arrived. Its located in a very unsafe neighborhood that I would not recommend to anyone. Everything has been skimped on and corners cut. Bath towels barely reach around your body, hand soap is watered down, and the place is waaaay smaller than shown in photos. I could barely fit through the small bathroom door. The backyard was unfinished with random pavers in all different spots and mostly dirt so everytime someone was swimming mud got all over. The beach chairs were completely torn up and impossible to use and random tarps were found hanging around all torn up. In short, do not stay here. I am an airbnb host and have never experienced something so deceiving and overpriced.”
