“Very disappointing $750 stay. The mattress had what appeared to be urine stains, dried blood, and hair. We took photos. The wood-burning stove blew cold air, making it unusable, and none of the advertised Wi-Fi passwords worked. The neighbors have approximately five dogs that bark at random hours. Behind the rental, loud music continued until early morning. When we politely asked for it to be turned down, they turned it up instead. Saturday night, I was awake until 3:32 AM. Our trip coincided with hurricane-related winds and rain. We were forced to either travel in dangerous weather or lose our $750 nonrefundable payment. Tree branches also blew onto my Tahoe, leaving scratches. Be cautious parking near the tree during high winds. I understand the owners cannot control weather or neighbors, but cleanliness and functioning amenities are their responsibility. We barely utilized the home. We will never return.”

“The home is beautiful but a car or van is not recommended. The notice about having a truck or SUV came after I paid for our stay and that it was on a dirt road. Also arriving at night is a definite no, thankfully I had people with me that could help with directions as the navigation app was recommended not be used by the owner. I would also make sure to ask the owner if the outside chairs around the table have been replaced as they were torn and unusable. Not being able to sit outside on the beautiful patio area off the kitchen was disappointing as this was the main reason for selecting this house. We also killed several spiders inside the house.”

“The Rustic Cabin in Williamson Valley is quiet and situated on a beautiful working ranch. Brahma cattle roam freely. I heard coyotes and a wonderful owl at night. My stay coincided with an enormous amount of rain which would have made the driveway a little challenging for a small car - I had a large truck and was fine. The couple times I reached out to Travis he was responsive. I had a puppy and was grateful for the patio and easy access patio doors. Overall, a pleasant stay despite the rain. The area needed it though.”

“Fabulous! Loved the historic house. It was decorated so cute and only a block from town. Everything was walkable. Nice quiet patio to relax. Would definitely rent again.”
