“The location is fantastic, with beautiful views and a great porch to enjoy them from! We didn’t realize from the listing, but this is a backyard cottage on the host’s property. That being said, it felt relatively private. The furniture left a little bit to be desired (as others have noted, the bed feels small, and the couch wasn’t super comfortable). The automated messaging had a few hiccups with check-in and conflicting checkout instructions, but the host was otherwise easy to reach. Overall, a charming little getaway, and it would be absolutely perfect for a weekend stay!”

De prachtige (binnen)tuin, de schommelstoel bij de vijver met Koi Karpers, het dak om sterren te kijken, de heerlijke veranda met uitzicht en heerlijk zwembad en hot tub. Zeer de moeite waard... We hadden het graag langer gehuurd. Als ik nog een keer terug kom in Sedona, dan weet ik waar ik wil verblijven..”

“Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. When we arrived, the property was not clean—there was noticeable pet hair on the sheets and furniture, which was a serious health concern as I had just undergone surgery. We reported the issue immediately and provided photos, but instead of resolving it, we were told to change the sheets ourselves. This was not acceptable given the condition. We did not feel comfortable staying, so we left the same day and booked another Airbnb. The host did allow early check-in, which we appreciated. However, we were also asked to make our own beds, change sheets, and clean before leaving, which was not stated in the listing. After leaving, we were contacted by police who informed us the host had reached out to them, which was very concerning. Thankfully, Airbnb support stepped in and resolved the issue.”

“The worst experience ever. We busted the gas line to our rental going up to the house. Spent more money having to get a hotel and their response was we didn’t follow directions given. REALLY? We’re not from Arizona so following directions was all we had to get to this horrific place. Never again!! The description on the Airbnb site said nothing about the horrible road. When it was time to check in they tell us not to follow Mapquest, follow their instructions to get to this home. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!”
