“Unit has good potential but maintenance is poor and it has obviously not been deep cleaned for a very long time. Photos show neat, clean unit but it is no longer that way. We had to vacuum, mop, clean baseboards, pull weeds, etc. to make unit acceptable to stay in for 20 nights. Host left no contact phone number and electronic responses were slow. Partial refund granted was less than requested. We do not recommend this unit without a major cleanup and maintenance.”
