“Great house and super kid friendly! The pool and splash pad were a big hit! Property is in a cul de sac which made me worry just a little about being a nuisance to the neighbors but they were great and friendly too!”

“While we stayed at the house the house was nice inside. The upstairs bathroom had no water pressure and was clogged. My husband did unclog the drain but we didn't use the shower because of the water pressure. The downstairs bathroom was great. The pictures showed a doggy vending machine that we were looking forward to but wasn't there. We did reach out and Jill said it was stolen. The back yard was very different than the pictures. The splash pad, tennis ball, and slide were very run down. The grass was not cared for and not sure when it was last mowed. There were propane tanks just sitting out away from the BBQ and doors open. There was a 5 gallon paint lid and random socks in the yard. There were also a lot of cockroaches outside by the BBQ and in the outdoor sink. We did let the owner know. They came out and sprayed plus put the propane tanks away. They did leave the other stuff in the yard so we picked it up and threw it away. We understand that there are cockroaches in Phoenix.”

“Horrible experience. Left after one night and only stayed that night bc it was late. House was dirty and there was a hole in the bathroom wall where tile was caving in. Hot tub did not work, as in it would not heat up. There was not a single smoke detector in the house despite listing stating there were. There were cobwebs on the ceilings. Would not recommend.”
