“While they were very quick to respond and helped us when our previous Airbnb cancelled less than 24 hrs before check in, the backyard photos are far from reality. They responded quickly and did replace the broken corn hole game but all the pillows were so worn and ripped open we didn’t even use a lot of the outdoor furniture. After letting them know and sending pictures, they replied they were aware of the issue but did not had time to replace. There is a $75 dollar a day fee for heating the hot tub and pool which they control the time for which it was heated. The hot tub is only heated from 6-10 and takes about an hour to warm up, but they did agree to heat it in the morning for us too which was nice. Overall you can tell that this is a quick for profit Airbnb and is in need of some refreshing. While we did not have a bad experience, this location is not somewhere we would stay again. There is a for sale sign out front so perhaps the next owners will be able to make these changes.”

“This home had a very good vibe to it and was a nice place to stay. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were nice and clean. The living area was very open, and the natural light made it feel very welcoming. There was a large dining table that can easily accommodate a family of 6 so, no one is bumping elbows. The kitchen was clean and nice with plenty of room for more than a couple of people using it at the same time. The laundry room was large, and it was very easy to do any laundry we needed. The back yard was very relaxing especially in the morning when the pool fountains were on with the warm sun and a good cup of coffee. There was plenty of space around the pool for guests to hang out. The pool and hot tub are heated by the same heater so, during the day the pool is heating and at night the hot tub is heating. Both heat very quickly so you don't have to wait for it to be ready. Loved the orange tree, pick one and enjoy a fresh orange. Overall, I would book this place again!”

“Great pool, hot tub, and a large space in the home itself. Host was very responsive and easy to communicate with on questions. I also loved how close the location was to Phoenix and Scottsdale. Would come back in the summer!”
