“The property was very clean, the beds are great. The patio is a little bit small but adequate. Very centrally located easy access. The golf course was in great shape. The red awning company was very quick to reply to any issues that we had. If you plan on cooking a lot, you might want to bring a 9 x 13 pan because they do not have one.”

“It’s a beautiful townhouse, they had some cleaning issues, probably because the property was sitting without usage for quite sometime. Hot water was smelly, owner suggested to run hot water to get rid of it, but that smell spread in whole house. They have strict policy for checkout at 10AM, extra hours will be charged extra. On the day of checkout we had to get ready early & the water heater ran out of hot water.”
