“We really enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and had plenty of space for the 7 of us. The beds were comfortable, and we loved that each bedroom had a sofa, giving you another place to relax besides the main living area. We really appreciated the no-shoes policy since we’re a no-shoes household too! We loved the location! It felt private and secluded but was still close to everything. The views were beautiful, and if you love sunrise and sunset views, this place will not disappoint. A few minor things: the bed pillows were way too soft and offered little support. The floors felt slightly sticky, maybe from whatever was used to clean them, but otherwise the house was spotless. There were quite a few instruction signs throughout the house that took away a little from the homey feel. Our GPS didn’t take us directly to the property, so it was a little tricky to find. Even with those minor things, we had an awesome stay and would definitely stay again!”airbnb

“The house was just as described. We were in town for a family emergency and this was the right space for us. Less than 2 miles to the hospital which was extremely helpful. The hosts were very understanding of what was happening and helpful when we needed to extend for a few days. I would recommend this house and the hosts for anyone interested in visiting the Cottonwood area. I would also look to use this house again if I am in this area.”airbnb

“The house itself was spacious and clean. The view was amazing. I had an issue with the management company, however. A storm knocked the power out and shortly after, the carbon monoxide alarms were sounding throughout the home. Having gas appliances and a small baby and children in the home, I was concerned. I called the number included in the listing and was advised to unplug the CO monitors until the power came on. It was an estimated 4 hour window for power restoration. I felt as if this was bad advice, and if there were an actual issue, my family could have been in real danger. I would have felt better if someone would have come to the home and checked.. even pretended to check what was going on. Luckily, the power was restored quickly and the faulty monitors quit going off. No fault of the actual homeowner or the property itself. I will not stay here again, though.”airbnb

“The best spot you can stay at in the area. We’ve been staying here for the past three years and it never disappoints. An amazing view of the mountains, hot tub in back, and in a secluded location, I highly recommend this house (as always)!”airbnb
