“Great location in a quiet neighborhood plenty of space and great outdoor areas to relax and hang out. Just walk out your door walk up the hill and you have lots of hiking trails very convenient. I loved taking a walk every morning.”airbnb

“We enjoyed our time in beautiful Sedona, and I want to recognize that the host was very responsive when we arrived and found the AC was not working properly. Within about an hour of check-in, portable AC units were delivered, which I appreciated. While not ideal, the host clearly made an effort to address the issue quickly. That said, the property felt a bit more worn and less maintained than expected based on the price point and listing photos. The hot tub water level was very low when we arrived despite the house packet stating it is serviced weekly, and the backyard grass was fairly overgrown, which was disappointing since we brought our dog to enjoy the outdoor space. Overall, we still had a nice time exploring Sedona, and I believe the host is responsive and well-intentioned. With a few maintenance improvements, future guests will likely have an even better experience.”airbnb

“This house was a big part of our great memories on our trip to Sedona. The house was perfectly situated - close walking distance to restaurants and shops. The backyard patio was our morning destination each day first thing and it was also our evening spot before heading to dinner nightly. The house was spotless and the hosts were easy to communicate with. I wouldn't change a thing about our decision to stay at this location.”airbnb

“The place looked very similar to the pictures, was beautifully designed, and very comfortable. We stayed for five nights and loved how centrally located it was. There was an electric charging station just around the corner, and it was close to restaurants, shops, and other amenities. One of the best parts of the apartment was the small patio with a beautiful view of the red rocks. It was perfect for having coffee in the morning or relaxing after a long day of hiking. Another great touch was that Netflix was already included on all three TVs, so we didn’t have to log into our personal accounts, which made it really easy to unwind at night. Parking was close by, the apartment was very clean, and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. Overall, it was a great stay. The only small thing I would mention is that the master bedroom bed was a little lower than my personal preference. Occasional upstairs noise (outside host control); we only noticed it one night. Great stay!”airbnb

“Our stay at this Sedona property was absolutely incredible! The home was even more beautiful in person, and the views from the hot tub and deck truly do not do it justice in the pictures. The house itself was HUGE and had so much space for everyone to relax and enjoy. Our kids had the best time with all the outdoor activities — they especially loved the putt putt, giant yard chess, and ping pong table. It was the perfect setup for quality family time. This home is truly the perfect family getaway to unplug from electronics, reconnect with each other, and soak in the incredible beauty of Sedona. We made so many special memories here and would absolutely stay again!”airbnb

“Beautiful house in a peaceful neighborhood. Few minutes walking distance to the main road, where you can catch the shuttle verde for $1 to go to downtown Sedona. We wish we could stay longer.”airbnb

“We picked this place because of the views. And we were not disappointed💖Superb location and walking distance to trails. And short dive to shops and food. Love the double shower and little things like guide books and doggie bags.”airbnb

“My wife and I enjoyed our stay at this wonderful, well designed house. The kitchen was spacious with top of the line appliances and I loved the 8' doors and high ceilings. However, we had several shortcomings. First the master bed mattress was comfortable, but the frame squeaked with the slightest movement. Another issue was the large TV screen in the living room not being able to search for different streaming Apps. We called the management company our first night because we could not get a signal on the TV. During this call, the house electrical power went off. The next morning I emailed a request to have someone come take a look at the TV, but no response. Later that same day, called and was able to have their technician come out. We determined that installing a Roku stick would improve its capabilities. And finally, on two consecutive nights, the smoke alarm in the "two bed" bedroom chirped very loudly and lastly, the garage door opener does not light up when opened.”airbnb

“This property is a split style apartment that is partially underground. You can’t really open the blinds because everyone can see inside & there are no views whatsoever of anything but the ground. The lock for the property did not work upon arrival and the response team was extremely slow. We called the help desk and did not get to speak to someone until the 6th call. Make sure you are certain about the dates that you choose before you book with this host because they are unwilling to accommodate any date changes for your stay. Other than that the property served its purpose and was very clean!”airbnb
