“Our favorite part was the location. The neighborhood is peaceful, and seeing the red rocks on every drive in or out never got old. Close to parks & trails. The house is charming and captures the Sedona feel, especially the red clay exterior. 2 bathrooms, plenty of towels, W+D and basic toiletries made our stay easy. The kitchen is lovely, though the stainless steel pots & pans take some getting used to. On nights or mornings we wanted to stay in and cook, they took more patience than we had. Easy-to-use cookware would help. We had internet trouble early on, and the host responded right away. After the provider rebooted the system, we had no issues afterwards. The wood floors & blinds are beautiful, but without rugs or curtains the space echoes, which made nights restless if someone was awake in another room. The beds & pillows weren't our favorite, but we know that's a tough upgrade for a rental. We'd happily stay again for the location and setting, planning ahead for noise and sleep.”

“It smelled like wet dog when we first arrived. Unsure if the bathroom was cleaned as there was a used bar of soap in the shower. There was also something that looked like pet throw-up on the rug in the living room. Besides the cleanliness, it was a nice place and great location.”

“The place was well taken care of and lot bigger than the pictures. There were very detailed instructions to help with your stay. I will stay there next time I am in Sedona. Very convenient to everything!”

“Loved this place so much! Cute neighborhood with gorgeous views and loveddddd that sugarloaf trailhead was just a quick walk away. We checked in and immediately caught the sunset on the summit 🤩 Location was amazing, we had easy access to every side of Sedona even on a busy holiday weekend. Already can’t wait to return, Sedona is absolutely magical 🌵✨”
