“Great place, was large enough to accommodate our family for our trip. We loved that we were central to Sedona, Jerome and could drive to the Grand Canyon in a day. We didn't end up doing the orientation for the pool because of the limited hours, which was the only negative. The house had the supplies we needed and had a beautiful view of both sunrise and sunset in the backyard.”

“House was stunning - totally to my taste. Nice walkable neighborhood, easy access to main roads. Only negative - from all of my family: impossible to sleep past 6am (this WAS a vacation) due to lack of room darkening blinds, shades, etc. especially in front bedroom. But all else - including mansion-type master bathroom shower - was perfect.”

“There was a few things that I would like to bring to your attention that will bring up the value added features for great reviews. 1. The queen bed in the bedroom 2 (right) is like sleeping on the floor. Bad or old mattress needs to be changed out. 2. There were brown leaves on the back porch which tells me there has not been anyone there since last fall. We had to clean that to use the furniture. 3. The dryer does NOT work. We ran various cycle options to find one that would work and none ever truely completed the job. Very frustrating! I think it needs professional help. Overall it was a great experience and my family had a great time. Thank you for the opportunity to share this with them.”

“Beautiful home looks just like the pictures, feels very welcoming. The home is located in a very nice peaceful neighborhood , this home is very spacious and has so much to do games to play as well as the arcade provided in the garage. My family and I had an amazing time and would definitely recommend this home and we would definitely stay here again!”

“The house is exactly like the photos, in a nice quiet neighborhood, the neighborhood also has many small trails to walk/hike. All the neighbors and people are super friendly wether you're at the pool or walking around the neighborhood. Tons of hiking trails within a 30 min drive also.”

“Worked out well for us while visiting the Grand Canyon. Although a bit of a drive Cottonwood is a nice area to hang out. Very comfortable compared to spending three nights in a hotel.”

“The house was immaculate and gorgeous! Photos were on point. Other than the customer service not available by phone and having to google to find and drive to their office to get a key, because they gave us the wrong lock box code to enter, our stay was lovely. Hopefully they will improve and be quick to respond via phone and not by an email the day after check in.”
