“Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations. After an 8-hour drive, we couldn’t check in at the promised 4:00 PM because the home was still being cleaned. Even after entering, towels were still in the dryer, the floors were visibly dirty and sticky, there were stains on the bed sheets and pillows, and the refrigerator water filter indicator was red. We also ran into multiple maintenance issues, including a non-working A/C upon arrival, a broken back door handle that required repair, and a ceiling leak before checkout. Later that evening, we found what appeared to be an adult bed bug, reported it immediately with photos/video, and stopped using one of the five bedrooms we paid for. We never received any follow-up regarding the bed bug. Relocating wasn’t realistic with our large group. The host communicated well, but the promised compensation and many issues were never resolved.”

“We had a leak in the upstairs bathroom which was never addressed so we all had to leave early since it was not feasible for everyone to shower in the only other one (which was in the master bedroom downstairs). The house had so many things that needed to be addressed or repaired; however, we did our best to overlook it. Unfortunately, we saw that a family posted about bed bugs on the reviews, and that a different family wrote about this on the whiteboard in the garage gym. The fact that we also found bed bugs inevitably shows that there is a blatant disregard for sanitation. We even informed them about the aforementioned, and to this very day, no one has bothered to provide an update.”

“The house is beautiful wish we could’ve stayed here, I drove 26 hours from Georgia for my graduation with my family and friends. 2 hours before showing up my reservation was cancelled due to them finding bed bugs .. which put me in such a bad inconvenience.”

“Really great spot to stay at for a weekend. Lots of fun entertainment inside and out the house and overall just a really beautiful house.”

“The home was amazing for our group. The location couldn’t be any better. Close to the 101 which is the highway to get you everywhere, plus tons of stuff within five minutes of the place. All the beds were very comfy and it fit our entire party of 10 easily. Nothing that negatively impacted our stay, but the pool chairs need to be updated and there’s a dog at the neighbors have that prevents you from enjoying any hot tub time cause it doesn’t stop barking. Overall 10/10. Would come back no doubt. Great stay!”
