Paseo Homes reviews in Scottsdale, Arizona

“A little far from the area where everything is.. other than that the place looked exactly like the pictures.. some of the socket outlets in the rooms didn’t work either I forgot to mention it to the host.”

“Our stay at the airbnb was basically perfect for our group. We enjoyed the pool, the areas provided to lounge both in the sun and out of the sun. The inside was spacious with lots of room to cook in the kitchen and throughout the living room and bedrooms. The only unknown was the requirement to heat the spa before our stay, which I understand was available in the listing but i must have missed it while booking. Just note that if you'd like to use the hot tub that it is required to be requested beforehand, and it will only be scheduled on for four hours. There also was not enough of same basic toiletries for the weekend - extra toilet paper that was supposed to be provided in restrooms was not, hand soap was watery, and many of the towels that were available were found wet in the washer when trying to find extra the second day of the stay. These were minor inconveniences and we very much enjoyed our stay.”

“This home did not deserve a Guest Favorite in our opinion. While there were positives (good location, safe, basic cleanliness), there were issues. Example, white bath towels were clean but had dark stains. Even after the owner sent cleaning staff back in (upon our request to clean the bathrooms where we found hair), the cleaning staff put a new towel on the rack, still stained. Washing machine gasket was full of slimy black mold -- this is the same washer that they use to clean all the linens in the house. They left a used, dirty sponge in the kitchen with no replacement available. Secondary bath/shower worked, but half of the water went out the spout. Is this horrible? No, but it's not a "guest favorite" experience.”

“House was exactly what the description said. Perfect amount of room for 8 guys on our bachelor trip. Our check in was set to 4pm and early check in cost $30/hour which I thought was way too much. The host was kind enough to give us complimentary early check in the day of since nobody else had the house reserved. We had an awesome experience. It’s located very close to everything you need including shops, golf, sporting stadiums, etc. Would definitely stay again!!”

“Great location for doing activities around Scottsdale. The overall cleanliness could have used more attention to detail. Some of the items in the house were broken such as the microwave, facet handles in one of the bathrooms, outdoor furniture had rips/ stains. Tried to message the team with a question and never received a response back. Nice house, nice location, good pool, but could use a little more upkeep.”
