Paseo Homes's guest rating of 4.74 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“Our stay at the airbnb was basically perfect for our group. We enjoyed the pool, the areas provided to lounge both in the sun and out of the sun. The inside was spacious with lots of room to cook in the kitchen and throughout the living room and bedrooms. The only unknown was the requirement to heat the spa before our stay, which I understand was available in the listing but i must have missed it while booking. Just note that if you'd like to use the hot tub that it is required to be requested beforehand, and it will only be scheduled on for four hours. There also was not enough of same basic toiletries for the weekend - extra toilet paper that was supposed to be provided in restrooms was not, hand soap was watery, and many of the towels that were available were found wet in the washer when trying to find extra the second day of the stay. These were minor inconveniences and we very much enjoyed our stay.”airbnb

“Unfortunately our stay at this home was extremely disappointing.. We had a very easy going group staying & we did enjoy the size of the house and our general time there but it really missed the mark considering what we paid. The house is advertised as 16+, and with our group of 13 only staying for 3 days- there was no where near enough basic necessities that usually come with an Airbnb (toilet paper, cleaning supplies, towel, cleaning rags, bedding for air mattresses) and the few towels we did have several of them were obviously not clean. We had issues with the fridge being turned off nearly losing all our groceries, the shower not draining, the dryer, no WiFi, no house manuals, and no pool fountains as advertised in pictures.Everything could have been fairly easy to fix but the communication with the host was nearly nothing up until we were sent our check in instructions. Unfortunately I would definitely not recommend this home unless they make several changes!”airbnb

“Great location for doing activities around Scottsdale. The overall cleanliness could have used more attention to detail. Some of the items in the house were broken such as the microwave, facet handles in one of the bathrooms, outdoor furniture had rips/ stains. Tried to message the team with a question and never received a response back. Nice house, nice location, good pool, but could use a little more upkeep.”airbnb

“The house was beautiful and clean and the location was great. We had booked the house for the heated pool for our April trip. We paid and were assured the pool would be heated upon arrival, when we got to the property the pool was not heated. It took 3 tries for them to eventually tell us it was broken. I understand broken equipment, there’s not much you can do sometimes with that but, we wish we would have known before we arrived so we could have prepared other activities to do around the valley. The automated messages for the check in also did not reflect accurate check in times so we had to request verification that we would be able to get in early as paid for. The property was perfect we just wish we could have used it all as intended. There were also multiple times I was either left on “read” or was told that I had not paid for something and I had to send proof to show that it had been paid for which made it feel like they didn’t know anything about my reservation.”airbnb

“The house was absolutely beautiful. The pool was also gorgeous. There was only a couple issues-the microwave was broken (I reached out to the host but didn’t receive a reply). The water in both bathrooms leaks everywhere when using it, and the early check in/late check out cost was misleading (says $30 total with a time slot) but is actually $30 an hour. (Grateful for the option to check in early and late but the website is definitely misleading). Overall it was a perfect house for our Bach trip with plenty of room.”airbnb

“They told me the hot tub was broken the same day of check-in after having reserved it months prior. Tried to reach out to them on both text and in app to see if they would reimburse me at all for this error and ignored all messages.”airbnb

“We spent one week here for spring break, 4 adults and 6 teens. The place was beautiful! We had a few hiccups with the air conditioning and hot tub heating. There was some delays in getting responses from management. Once these things were fixed everything was great! The game room is no longer a game room like the photos show. The kids were a bit disappointed as they were looking forward to playing pool. The bunk beds were also moved to the game room so now there are 4 beds there.”airbnb

“We will never stay with Paseo Homes again. There were cockroaches in multiple rooms, termite damage, broken appliances, dirty dishes in cabinets and dirty hot pads. Stains on all living room furniture and living room table cloth. Pet hair on furniture and in the dishes in cabinets. Old dog treats in between couch cushions and under couch. Smelled like urine in a corner of the living room. Dirty curtains in multiple rooms. House was dusty including every fake plant. Listed as sleeps 16. I booked for 16. There were only 9 towels, 2-1/2 rolls of toilet paper, beds for 14-not 16. Online photos showed a maintained home which were photoshopped.”airbnb

“We had friends and family stay here over a long weekend, since we live nearby and couldn't fit everyone in our home. So the location was very convenient and they appreciated having extra bathrooms to get ready. Check in was easy and the home was clean. It was pretty warm though, because there was an open window and the AC was on Heat for some reason. The coffee maker did not work, which we reported to the host the first morning and did not hear back. We also let them know that there was a woodpecker putting holes into the house - there was insulation all over the backyard and multiple holes in the siding. Said woodpecker was having the time of his life and waking people up early with his shenanigans. I sent photos but still never heard back. They didn't want to use the pool or hang out outside with all the insulation though, which was a bummer.”airbnb

“Home was great. Home was nice and mostly very well kept. Central location makes it easy to stay busy, and plenty to keep busy in home. Only a few minor issues encountered. The most obvious was yard maintenances workers were outside the bedroom window starting at 7:30 working on the yard using very loud mechanical equipment. Scheduling of maintenaince could have been better.”airbnb
