“This home did not deserve a Guest Favorite in our opinion. While there were positives (good location, safe, basic cleanliness), there were issues. Example, white bath towels were clean but had dark stains. Even after the owner sent cleaning staff back in (upon our request to clean the bathrooms where we found hair), the cleaning staff put a new towel on the rack, still stained. Washing machine gasket was full of slimy black mold -- this is the same washer that they use to clean all the linens in the house. They left a used, dirty sponge in the kitchen with no replacement available. Secondary bath/shower worked, but half of the water went out the spout. Is this horrible? No, but it's not a "guest favorite" experience.”

“House was exactly what the description said. Perfect amount of room for 8 guys on our bachelor trip. Our check in was set to 4pm and early check in cost $30/hour which I thought was way too much. The host was kind enough to give us complimentary early check in the day of since nobody else had the house reserved. We had an awesome experience. It’s located very close to everything you need including shops, golf, sporting stadiums, etc. Would definitely stay again!!”

“Great location for doing activities around Scottsdale. The overall cleanliness could have used more attention to detail. Some of the items in the house were broken such as the microwave, facet handles in one of the bathrooms, outdoor furniture had rips/ stains. Tried to message the team with a question and never received a response back. Nice house, nice location, good pool, but could use a little more upkeep.”

“The house was absolutely beautiful. The pool was also gorgeous. There was only a couple issues-the microwave was broken (I reached out to the host but didn’t receive a reply). The water in both bathrooms leaks everywhere when using it, and the early check in/late check out cost was misleading (says $30 total with a time slot) but is actually $30 an hour. (Grateful for the option to check in early and late but the website is definitely misleading). Overall it was a perfect house for our Bach trip with plenty of room.”

“The house was beautiful and clean and the location was great. We had booked the house for the heated pool for our April trip. We paid and were assured the pool would be heated upon arrival, when we got to the property the pool was not heated. It took 3 tries for them to eventually tell us it was broken. I understand broken equipment, there’s not much you can do sometimes with that but, we wish we would have known before we arrived so we could have prepared other activities to do around the valley. The automated messages for the check in also did not reflect accurate check in times so we had to request verification that we would be able to get in early as paid for. The property was perfect we just wish we could have used it all as intended. There were also multiple times I was either left on “read” or was told that I had not paid for something and I had to send proof to show that it had been paid for which made it feel like they didn’t know anything about my reservation.”

“They told me the hot tub was broken the same day of check-in after having reserved it months prior. Tried to reach out to them on both text and in app to see if they would reimburse me at all for this error and ignored all messages.”

“We will never stay with Paseo Homes again. There were cockroaches in multiple rooms, termite damage, broken appliances, dirty dishes in cabinets and dirty hot pads. Stains on all living room furniture and living room table cloth. Pet hair on furniture and in the dishes in cabinets. Old dog treats in between couch cushions and under couch. Smelled like urine in a corner of the living room. Dirty curtains in multiple rooms. House was dusty including every fake plant. Listed as sleeps 16. I booked for 16. There were only 9 towels, 2-1/2 rolls of toilet paper, beds for 14-not 16. Online photos showed a maintained home which were photoshopped.”
