“I was expecting a lil more compared to other places we've stayed and for the money we paid. Coulda had detergent for laundry. And I feel baseboards could be painted as it almost appears water damage which could mean mold. Questioning. The pool, i got inside and was locked in there. Figured i had to put my arm through the gate to unlock from the front. I asked what time pool closed, host said 10. The sign says til midnight fyi. Jus frustrated as when we got there, no condo # given so we waited forever for host to respond. Then host gave wrong code so again waited for him to respond. It wasn't worth my time or money! Im sorry for the negativity. Bring your own shower stuff too!”

“Okay place to stay at. Fairly clean but the place had an old/cigarette smell. Messaged host hours before my check in to ask if an early check in 1 hour earlier to the check in time was available but I just got left on read and host didn't respond until hours later.”

“Avoid this host as the agency manages multiple properties, is unorganized, leading to a stressful, unsafe experience. My stay was a disaster from the start: • Broken Keypad & Lockbox: The entry keypad failed on my 1st night, locking me out. The backup lockbox was also broken - host has no idea of the right codes . • Unreachable Host: The host was unresponsive for hours late at night. • Occupied Unit: The host initially offered a top-floor unit which I dint take and finally offered a ground-floor unit, but it was already occupied by another guest when I opened the door !! • Exhausting: At 1:00 AM, I was forced to lug heavy baggage up stairs to the other top-floor unit. • Unresolved Issues: The next day, the original keypad was "fixed" but broke again by night. The unit also had a foul smell that was never addressed. Ultimately, Airbnb support stepped in, secured a refund, and moved me to a new rental. This host doesn't know which units are vacant or functioning. Dont risk booking here.”

“Overall, we had a nice stay. The place was very quiet, parking was convenient, access was easy, and everything worked well. There were a few cleanliness and maintenance issues that kept me from giving 5 stars. The soaps in the shower were very watered down, and the hand soap by the vanity was also watered down and appeared to have something in it that honestly looked like someone had spit a loogie into the bottle. It was pretty gross and definitely should have been replaced before our stay. The vanity light also had a noticeable flicker, the couch cushions were a little dirty, and the floors could have used a good mopping before the stay. The floors were not obviously filthy, but you could definitely tell they had not been cleaned as thoroughly as they should have been. Other than those issues, the place was nice and the stay went smoothly.”

“We rented Berny’s place for a long family weekend. The condo plus the development was great; very clean unit and the pool was awesome!!! Great location and close to everything in Scottsdale and close to Old Town. The only drawback was the sofa bed was not truly a bed and the Wi-Fi was spotty and slow. Outside of that, the condo was great and priced appropriately!! Thanks again for the hospitality and an overall amazing weekend experience!!”
