“Don’t stay here, the place could be great with 2% of an effort but basic cleanliness is completely missing, place was disgusting. Dirt everywhere, human hair, dog hair, filthy on side of bathroom unit, disgusting toilet brush, blood stained and urine stained mattresses, horrible communication, completely neglectful, had an ANT INFESTATION and wasn’t resolved for over 2 weeks. All in all terrible management and terrible hygiene would not recommend in the slightest. Never experienced such a disgusting place in 11 years on AirBnb. A full refund wouldn’t suffice, we left the place cleaner than we found it.”

“It’s clear that this home is maintained by a property management company and not an individual. Ripped carpeting, stains on the couch, no additional paper towels, no dishwasher detergent, pool accessories were dirty and unusable. The sheets on the bed were like plastic and slid off during the night. We even saw a scorpion in the hall bathroom. This property would benefit from a site inspection, deep cleaning, and overall refresh.”

“The check in instructions had two different addresses on it so it was unclear which unit was the correct one. We finally were able to get an answer on the correct unit, but then there was a Notice of a Trustee's Sale posted on the door, and we were not able to enter the unit. We had to work with Airbnb for a full refund and find a new place to stay at”

“We did not have a good experience at this property. While the house appears to be a DIY renovation, our main concerns were cleanliness and safety. Upon arrival, we found several dead roaches around the house. My 2-year-old was counting them, so we cleaned them up ourselves to keep him from touching them. My toddler spilled salt on the floor, and when my husband used the vacuum to clean it, a strong wet-dog odor filled the room. The vacuum was full of dog hair. My sister took a yellow blanket from the closet because she was cold. It had a strong smell of urine and wet dog. It was even hard from the dry pee. The dining table had a gap in the middle filled with crumbs and debris, suggesting it had not been properly cleaned. Finally, one of the floor vents was not secured. My 2-year-old was able to open it and almost climbed into the opening, which was a serious safety concern. Unfortunately, these issues significantly impacted our stay. We were cleaning things around all the stay.”
