“This place was great. everything about it was awesome, it was very clean and the location was awesome, except for the A/C was not working at all… It was about 80-85 degrees in the house the whole time, and without fans it would have been worse.”

“I paid a little more than $200/night in October which isn’t terrible but I’m sure they price it for a group staying there which would be a good price. I was there to take care of some personal business but also had to work. The pool had to be skimmed before using which isn’t a big deal. Then when we tried to use the fire pit, it didn’t work. I contacted AvantStay but wasn’t given any instructions on how to fix it maybe it was just out of propane. The biggest issue I had was with the WiFi which kept dropping while I was working. I did speak with them a few times through text and they offered a couple different networks but those had the same issues. Using my phone as a hotspot was more reliable. Finally the TV in the primary room didn’t work. Overall the place was ok but I wouldn’t stay there again mostly because of the WiFi.”

“Great spot for a bachelor party. Comfortably fit 10 and was great for time outside, easy to get to golf courses, and nearby restaurants.”
