“Flew from Hawaii to spend holidays with family in AZ. Great house and great location. Neighborhood is quiet with wide streets. House was very clean and well stocked. Sofas were a little worn and aged. Communication was the biggest disappointment. Booked original home months ago and found out it was unavailable while trying to check-in the day of stay after we reached out first to rental company. They were able to accomodate us in another home quickly and refunded the difference after we requested it. However new home was further from our family than planned and a little more crammed.”
