Plushy in Pinetop-Lakeside, Arizona

“This is a basic rental property. It has standard furnishings; nothing on the walls, other than 4 HUGE televisions. The kitchen had the minimum of utensils and spices. There was not even a can opener. There were also very little in cleaning supplies. I had 3 different groups of guests during my 2 weeks. There were no cleaning products for cleaning the bathrooms between guests. The management company sent me a lot of emails but forgot to inform the actual owner that I was scheduled to be there. He was working on the place so was confused when he saw my stuff in the condo and called the police. Luckily, I wasn't there for the excitement. The back porches were more private than I expected with trees. However, there is a child care facility close by, so between 2:30 and 5:00 on the weekdays, you hear the kids playing. This is an end unit which helps. However, more buildings will be built in the future so the privacy will change.”

“This is my first AirBnB experience. Plushy is a great host and very responsive and friendly. Great location. Only two issues. First, for three nights we paid $240 cleaning charge with only 3 guests. Seems high. Then, master bathroom was not completely clean so I had to do some cleaning. Also, we had to put the garbage bin out for pick-up, yet still had to haul our trash out? Doesn't seem right for a $240 cleaning fee. Second, I was honest and paid $10 extra over two days to have 5 local family members come to visit for only a few hours = $100 extra. We ended up using only $30 worth of those fees because only 3 people visited on one day. So, I donated another $70 for nothing. Not sure I will do that again. Again, nothing against Plushy, just pretty steep extra fees which I will consider next time, if I use AirBnB again.”
