“The resort was exactly as shown. We enjoyed the beautiful pine setting. The resort could work on their check-in process. We arrived at 4:30 and we were unable to get into our room until 7 PM. When we got to our room we had been downgraded from a one bedroom to a studio without any communication from the resort. I would love to go back, but I was very disappointed in our room downgrade.”
