“Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the house had a lot of great features. We loved the mirrors, the kitchen, the beautiful backyard, and the pool. There were a few things that could be improved. The pool chairs were not in the same condition as shown in the listing photos and were dirty when we arrived. We also saw several critters, including large American cockroaches. I did let the host know about the bugs during our stay. There were also a number of small maintenance issues around the house, and I was disappointed that the Phoenix neon sign shown in the listing wasn’t working. Despite those issues, we still had a nice stay and enjoyed our trip. Phoenix is a gorgeous city, the neighborhood was super quiet, and everyone we met was so kind and welcoming. With a little maintenance and a few updates, this property could be even better. Overall, we had a great time and made some wonderful memories.”

“This is a beautiful, well‑designed home with exceptional attention to detail. I especially appreciated that the light switches were clearly labeled. It made navigating the home effortless and showed how much care went into creating a comfortable, guest‑friendly space. Highly recommend!”
