“We stayed at this Airbnb for a little over 8 weeks while our home was being remodeled. We felt very comfortable in the home and had lots of room to spread out, garage parking and a nice, safe neighborhood for our morning walks. The house is beautifully decorated and looks just like the pictures on Airbnb. The beds are super comfortable and there are plenty of towels. The kitchen has all the appliances you need and there is even a nice grill on the patio that we enjoyed using. We brought our pup and he enjoyed the private little back yard. We highly recommend this Airbnb. It has everything you need for an extended stay.”

“Nice place to stay, beds were very comfortable, house set up so that you have everything you need, and the place is kept up well. As this is an extended stay property, there are a few things to be aware of. First if you are going to stay in the home during the hot months of the year, know that the house is thin and tall with a ton of sky lights, as a result the upstairs gets very hot! 2nd, you can not park on the street so if you are a family of three cars, and busy schedules like we are, you have to play Tetris with your cars each day and night. Last and most important, you need to understand that you are booking a home in the desert and there are critters!. During our stay we found it difficult to keep the gnats out of the house (due to the lake). We had mice that were burrowing in the front walk way and were surprised one night by a large snake that coiled itself up against the sliding glass door off the kitchen. We had to pay 160.00 to have a snake catcher come out and get it.”

“We had an excellent two-month stay here. The home is well-maintained, and the host was very responsive to any questions or needs. We especially enjoyed having access to the community pool just steps away, which was a lifesaver during the hot July and August months. The area feels safe and is surrounded by beautiful mountains, making it perfect for walks. Everything you need is within walking distance—grocery stores, a playground, places to eat, and even a gym. Highly recommend!”

“We needed a long term stay while our local home sold and new home became available. Paseo Homes was the right choice for us as it was local and allowed pets. We appreciated the availability of a two car garage and gas barbecue. As a long term stay, management was good at communicating externals services would be on-site (landscaping etc...)”
