One Fine BnB in Phoenix, Arizona

“I would not recommend staying at this property. Upon check-in we were notified of a few minor issues with the property from the previous guests, but after arriving we discovered numerous other issues and damages. The worst of these was the air conditioning was completely broken. After bringing this up to the host we were told to charge their thermostat however, this still did not resolve the issue. The host noted that they had contacted someone to come service the AC unit for but nobody ever came to look. We were left with no air conditioning for multiple days when temps reached over 90 degrees outside. Following our stay we noticed that other recent reviews for this property noted the same air conditioning issue making us wonder how long this issue has continually gone unaddressed. Outside of the air conditioning issue we experienced, the other damages we found at arrival were minimal although there was a 2x2 hole in the living room ceiling.”

“This house was perfect for our group. It was clean, comfortable, spacey, and seemed to be recently updated. Our kids loved the arcade room and the backyard. We reported few issues to the host and they were very responsive - mainly cosmetic things that didn’t bother us at all, but we wanted them to be aware. We would definitely stay here again! Ty”

“We had a lot of issues likely related to this house being new to air bnb. Dead batteries in the keypad made it impossible to unlock the door from the outside until several days into our stay when batteries were delivered. The Nest thermostat was also dead and after charging we realized the Air Conditioner did not work. The WiFi also didn’t work or the instructions were wrong. Eventually got it working by using the info on the router. The game room was a hit and we all enjoyed the pool table, shuffle board and especially the arcade games! The beds were quite comfortable and I bet the pool is great once it warms up a bit. The home is nicely upgraded and the master shower is really nice! Host was slow to respond which was a bit frustrating given the number of issues. Would stay again if all the kinks are worked out.”
