“The location was great and the views were amazing. The outdoor space and the kitchen were nice, except when the floor was soaking wet. We arrived to find the kitchen, and surrounding areas, saturated with puddles of water that were seeping up through the floor. After multiple calls, Ion finally said that a technician would be there immediately, but this soon turned into someone coming out the next day. The tech spent 2 hours cleaning the HVAC unit and soaking up the puddles of water inside the closet. He also said the AC hadn't been serviced in quite a while which explained why it was leaking. This resolved the issue, but water continued seeping up through the floor for the next 48 hours until it dried. Additionally, the outside furniture needs attention. Most of the cushions are filthy and a number of the furniture was broken. Finally, the above-water pool tiles need cleaning to erase the messages left by former guests. At least were given a "partial" refund for the 1st night!”
