“Beautiful home! My gfs and I used it for my bachelorette and it was perfect! We were able to get everywhere we needed very easy!”

“If you are looking for a home with a larger group, this one is great - would be perfect if it was any time other than summer. Lots of parking, absolutely stunning yard, pool table & lots of sitting space. The only downfall is that if you are book in July and August, you know the heat in phx and The bedrooms on the right of the home (same side as the kitchen) are quite warm and never get cool, even with fans running constantly, so sleeping was not fun. If I had to rent this home again, I absolutely would, just not in the dead of summer.”

“We had a great stay - the property was as described and there were lots of positives about the house (the rec room was a big hit with the kids). The road noise was a bit loud but only noticeable when a car would speed by in the middle of the night. There was a loud buzzing that we attributed to the electric wires in the backyard - a little annoying but manageable. The house was stocked with lots of extra pillows and blankets. The beds were very comfortable, as was the living room couch. Tons of board games, puzzles, and card games (for younger kids, too). Location was very convenient and easy to find. I only wish the responsiveness was better - the property management company seems to be outsourcing to a call center. I had to call/text/message 15 times before getting on the phone with an actual human - but my fault for not reaching out before our actual check in date. Otherwise, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay!”

“During my stay here with a couple of friends I loved the atmosphere of everything . From the living room feeling cozy watching childhood favorite movies. To the dinner table being big enough for everyone. I adore the rooms only downside I heard from one of the girls saying there room need more air flowing in to keep it cool . I am unsure if the weather outside had played a factor to this or if it was just the a/c not working well in that spot. Besides that everything else was lovely even the swimming pool was beautiful!”
